Shop terms, shipping & returns

Digital products (STL files)

• You get a download link by email straight after payment.
• Files are for personal use. You may print them as often as you like for yourself, but you may not share, resell or sell prints of them.
• Because you get the files immediately, you agree when you check out that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. If a file is broken or doesn't match the description, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Physical products

• Items are made to order and usually ship within 5 working days from the Netherlands.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Let us know through the contact form and send the item back unused within 14 days after that. We refund the price and the original shipping costs. Return shipping is at your cost.
• Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card and other methods shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where it applies.
